The wines can tend to be a little more round on palate, but still maintain that elegance and finesse we look for in great White Burgundy. If you are not familiar with “Petit Chablis” it simply means that some of the fruit in the wine can be sourced from outside of Chablis. The first wine they selected from their portfolio is a Domaine “Petit Chablis” that is magnificent for summer. They are brining to us tiny artisan producers that you are not going to see all over, and the quality of their wines is wonderful, and they are modestly priced. Mary was born in France, and Bill spent most of his life there, so they know and appreciate the region well.
