This makes them great for video because you can place the camera really close to the body and still have no propellers in view. After building several more, I’ve developed an affordable kit that anyone can build - the Maker Hangar Tricopter.Ī tricopter’s three motors are usually separated by 120°, not 90° like a quadcopter’s.
